Release ID: white-belt-v0.1.0-2026-10-01
PDF SHA-256: 0fa994b6ddee8c9f069ded0094aabbfc9e56cbf9e958e8d27b341c30c2704a52

Open the PDF at the root of this package for offline reading. Printable,
spreadsheet, and CSV exercise templates are in templates/. The Wash n'
Fold case files used by the White Belt chapters are in data/washnfold/.
The case is fictional, and its observations are simulated for instruction.
See RELEASE_NOTES.txt for the scope of this release.

Start with templates/mapping_workflow_guide.pdf for Chapters 7-9.
1. Record observations in the blank Process Event Log. For practice,
use data/washnfold/washnfold_practice_event_log.csv (five L1 Wash rows).
2. Calculate and summarize on the blank Mapping Worksheet Set. Compare
with washnfold_practice_mapping_worksheets.xlsx or PDF, then trace
the complete WNF-003 order and its worked timing sheet.
3. Draw the map and use participant_verification_template to record
accepted and rejected revisions. Inspect the worked case record,
current-state map, and order-level Batch Release projection.
4. Use washnfold_learner_order_summary.csv to reconstruct customer
experiences. Fill baseline_readout_template and inspect the worked
Friday 91 readout. Carry it and the verified map into diagnosis.

Files in templates/ are blank unless labeled as a guide. Files in
data/washnfold/ are worked examples or full references. Print the short
practice copies first; repeat blank print pages as needed. XLSX keeps
formulas and typed numbers; CSV is a portable table without formulas.
All case examples use current-state Friday 91, operating minutes from
7:00 a.m., and drop-off through readiness notification. Keep all 39
orders distinct from the 21 promise-eligible orders. For your own
capstone, observe at least five comparable runs before and five after.

When a trial changes a repeatable method, use
templates/one_page_standard_work_template.pdf. Inspect the proposed
Wash setup example in data/washnfold/washnfold_standard_work_example.pdf;
adapt the blank sheet to your own work rather than copying its instructions.
