Getting started

Read and practise at your own pace. You can return to this guide whenever you need it.

Read with or without an account

The book is public. You do not need an account to read it or use the downloads. Work through the examples and try the activities as you go.

An optional account lets you save your place, assessment work and journal entries. Sign in to the same account on another device to return to your saved work.

Save your place; mark reading finished

When you are signed in, your place saves automatically as you read sections. In progress can reflect that saved activity. It does not mean you have finished the reading.

Choose Mark read and continue when you finish a reading item. Undo marked read restores your previous declaration and keeps your saved place. My Learning brings together your reading and saved work.

Use assessments to review your understanding

The assessment hub lists chapter reviews and the White Belt Assessment. Save a draft before leaving unfinished work, then choose Resume draft to return. After submitting, you can view your result, history or try again.

Results are advisory feedback. They do not mark reading complete, award certification or establish that you have completed the practical capstone. Work from older editions stays with the edition you used.

Keep a private journal

Journal activities appear in the book. Save reflections in My journal and return to them later. Entries are private unless you deliberately create a share link. Anyone with that link can read the shared entry; you can withdraw the link.

Get help and manage your account

Use Support and feedback for technical problems, accessibility barriers, content concerns or account help. You do not need an account to send a report.

The Account menu contains account settings and privacy choices. The privacy notice explains how your information is used.
