This book provides a thorough overview of Lean Six Sigma process improvement methodology. It expands the traditional process improvement curriculum with new computational tools designed with the practitioner in mind.

The current release provides the introduction and complete White Belt learning path, with an arithmetic appendix, practice data, worksheets, and worked examples. Later belts are still under development. Start with A First Taste, then use How This Book Is Organized to plan your study. White Belt begins with observation, elementary arithmetic, and pencil-and-paper work; no programming experience is required.
